Dr. Scott Larkin

Dr. Scott Larkin has been serving patients as a chiropractor for more than 30 years. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Life College in Marietta, Georgia, where he met his wife, Dr. Lani Larkin. Together, they eventually made Guam their home, building a life and career centered around their shared passion for chiropractic and whole-person wellness.

Dr. Scott also shares his passion for chiropractic with two of his brothers, making it a meaningful part of their family’s legacy. Throughout his career, he has especially enjoyed caring for families and building lasting relationships with patients at every stage of life.

With more than three decades of experience, Dr. Scott brings extensive knowledge and clinical experience to his care, with particular interests in nutritional supplementation, sports injury rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. His goal is to provide personalized, comprehensive care that helps each patient move better, feel better, and enjoy a healthier, more active life.

Dr. Sam Larkin

Dr. Sam Larkin grew up on Guam and played for the Guam National Soccer Team throughout his high school years. As the son of two chiropractors, Sam was introduced to chiropractic care from an early age and developed a passion for the profession by watching his parents serve countless patients and experiencing firsthand how chiropractic care supported his own athletic career.

Dr. Sam earned his Doctor of Chiropractic and Master of Science in Functional Nutrition from Parker University. He specializes in physical rehabilitation, athletic performance, and functional nutrition, while also providing personalized care for patients at every stage of life. His approach combines chiropractic care, nutrition, and a whole-person perspective to help patients move better, feel better, and live healthier lives.
